You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags and protective elements must remain attached

  • Items must not be from final-sale or intimate categories (e.g., lingerie)

📦 How to Request a Return

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to return

    • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the supplier’s return address and next steps.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or damaged

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

💳 Refunds

  • Once the item is received and verified by our supplier, we’ll process your refund

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue in your email

  • We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue quickly and fairly

🧾 Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval cannot be refunded

  • If your return is denied due to condition or late arrival, the item will not be refunded

  • Service and transaction fees may not be refundable if return terms were violated
